EnerPath® Software & Platform

EnerPath® licenses software to utilities and others, but the primary use of the software is a unique license agreement with an affiliated company, Energy Controls & Concepts (ECC). ECC utilizes all of the various facets of the software that is exclusive to delivering projects and programs in the C&I markets and in mass markets for both small businesses and residential programs. Because of the proprietary nature of the software/platform, certain features of the software are not disclosed herein. In the mass markets, the platform is used to assign projects to ECC auditors and to deploy work assignments to Energy-Service Representatives equipped with wireless PDAs loaded with EnerPath® software. The platform is also used to track every activity associated with a program, manage marketing activities, program reporting and invoice activities. The software also integrates GPS used in a GIS environment with unique tracking capability that supports ECC's goals of providing exceptional response time and high levels of customer satisfaction. ECC is capable of assigning, tracking and managing thousands of mass market projects simultaneously while working in a wireless real-time environment. Data flows downstream for project assignment and upstream for processing, analysis and reporting. The data is typically processed by the servers in less than 10 seconds with reporting elements posted in real-time. Customer reports are generated during this process and can be printed to a wireless color inkjet printer via infrared or Bluetooth™. The reports are customer friendly, display color graphs and charts and can be branded to meet various client needs. Users of the software can attest to tremendous gains in productivity and exceptional customer satisfaction results. Some energy auditors have claimed EnerPath's technology has enabled them to visit more customers in a day than they use to in a week. In addition, various other transactions can be implemented utilizing secure encrypted digital signature, such as acceptance of a customer work authorization or enrollment in other utility sponsored programs. Since activities are performed and processed in real-time, other program or project stakeholders can be alerted to a desired customer interest or need. Most importantly, customers are enamored by the technology, professionalism and ESR's ability to produce immediate results.
